I had put in for a commission from an artist in April of last year. I've already paid for the commission as well and I still have yet to receive it. I've had contact with the artist a few times, reminding them that I still haven't gotten my commission and they keep having me send character descriptions and then tell me that they don't like drawing characters for the first time. I've sent at least three detailed descriptions, the last one being on Dec 29th. I still haven't gotten anything and I still have yet to hear from them. I'm really really frustrated especially since this was supposed to be a gift for my husband for his birthday last year. I only commissioned the artist because they were having a hard time and needed the money and now I feel like I've been ripped off. What should I do?
